Board of Director Meetings
These pages will allow you to access the Minutes of the Board of Directors meetings. These meetings are held twice yearly with the Annual Meeting held in conjunction with the NMRA Convention and the Midyear Meeting normally held in January or February of the following year. Don't be confused by the term "Midyear Meeting". It derives its name from being in the middle of the Fiscal Year.
Please note that Minutes are to be considered draft and are subject to change until approved by the Board of Directors.
